n this class we will discover the power we have deep in our bodies, a subtle strengths which is often invisible but that that empowers us from within. Rooted in the principles of Pilates: breath, control, concentration, flow, centering and precision, we will look for the small muscles that keeps us feeling balanced and energetic. We will put an accent on curiosity, finding out how our own body moves and what feels good. This class is great for those who want to strengthen the core, increase mobility and improve posture. It is also a great support to any other movement practice and training, helping to prevent injuries
You can cancel up to 2 hours before the lesson. You can still use your credit to book another lesson. When you don’t cancel the lesson in beforehand your credit is lost. When something severe happens and you were not able to cancel, please contact me.
