Advanced strength and condition

Work on your strength, condition, mobility and learn new techniques within powerlifting, weightlifting and gymnastics. And learn yo trust your own body within movement! For this class you need a basic knowledge of deadlifting, squats and core stability. If you are new to these movements or want to build more trust you can sign up for the Training is fundamental.
You can cancel anytime. We trust that you are trying your best to come to our classes. We can cancel a lesson when there is less then 1 person 2 hours before the lesson starts. You will be updated when that happens. Open gym can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the time slot starts if no one signs up before that time.
