At this event the first part will be a training focusing on trans people and afterwards there will be time and space to 🍹have a drink🍹 talk about the training and get to know each other. We use a special 🏳️‍⚧️Gender Euphoria 🏳️‍⚧️ training schedule that you can use throughout the month whenever and wherever you train by yourself. The following month Romy will create a new schedule.

During this training we look into what movements make you feel ✨euphoric✨ and teach you how to technically master them. The training is ment for people who would like to connect to other trans people, who want to approch their gender dysphoria in a physical way or are recovering from sugery and want to move around with others in a safe setting.
